A veterinarian refused to euthanize a dog with a brain tumor, paralyzed, without vital reflexes, after a seizure, in a moribund state, with no chance of stabilization or any improvement. The dog was in great pain, and the veterinarian stated that euthanasia wasn't helpful and therefore wouldn't help
